tie and use a variety of knots. The Adlard Coles Book of Knots, previously published as The RYA Book of Knots,
is now available in a new edition, with clear how-to diagrams for easy
reference and colour photographs to enliven the text. It will enable the reader to master
over 50 of the most useful knots they will ever need.
The knots are
divided into groups such as stopper knots, bends, loops and hitches,
each of which is used for different purposes. The clear illustrations
show how to tie each knot and for which situations it is most useful.
There is a handy indication of which knots are easy to tie quickly in
emergencies, and which work best with natural or artificial fibre
ropes. Finally, there is handy advice on securing rope ends.

If any items are temporarily out of stock, we will endeavour to dispatch the complete order within 7 working days. We always endeavour to ship complete orders and try our best not to ship part orders as a general rule, but on occasion this rule may have grounds for it to be broken due to the varying nature of orders received.
