Liberia published their new Ballast Water Record Book for Ships (RLM-124) in May 2017
The Liberian Administration has published a new Ballast Water Record Book required to be carried on board ships by regulation B-2 of the International Convention for the Control and Management of Ship’s Ballast Water and Sediment (Ballast Water Management Convention).
The Ballast Water Management Convention enters into force on 8 September 2017. On or before that date, ships shall carry on board a Ballast Water Record Book to record ballast water operations. Ballast Water Record Books may be inspected by port State control inspectors.
Liberia’s Ballast Water Record Book contains helpful instructions, guidance and examples on recording entries of ballast water operations specified in Appendix II of the Ballast Water Management Convention. It may be used on all ships regardless of flag, unless prohibited be the ships flag Administration.
Similar to MARPOL Oil Record Books, entries are required to be recorded and signed by the officer in charge of the operation and each completed page signed by the Master.

Orders placed with us will be dispatched within one to two working days. Dispatch is dependent upon the time when the order is received and provided that all goods ordered are immediately available. If any items are temporarily out of stock, we will endeavour to dispatch the complete order within 7 working days. We always endeavour to ship complete orders and try our best not to ship part orders as a general rule, but on occasion this rule may have grounds for it to be broken due to the varying nature of orders received. We will always try our best to communicate the status of your order should any issue arise that we feel you need to be made aware of.
